Fady Dagher, directeur de la police de Longueuil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce prix est remis \u00e0 Mme Villefranche en reconnaissance de&nbsp;son engagement remarquable dans la lutte contre le racisme et la discrimination, en particulier par l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et la d\u00e9fense&nbsp;des femmes immigrantes et des personnes analphab\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M.
